Refunds

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you may have downloaded the product but not used it for more than 1 session (regardless of the number of sessions you purchased).
If you purchased multiple products and request a refund for all the products, you should not have used each product for more than 1 session (regardless of the number of sessions you purchased).
Some types of purchases cannot be refunded. These include:

Discount coupon values
Free product demo coupons

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (usually the transaction id). Please use the contact form available at Contact for requesting refunds.

Vagmi Online reserves the complete right to either accept or reject a refund request.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed. We will notify you of how the credit will be made to your account through email. The refund would be credited within 7 days from the date you receive the refund request approval notification email. We might request you for your bank details for a direct transfer (in case the credit cannot be applied directly to your original method of payment).

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using Contact.

Repeated Refund Claims Once you have requested a refund for a certain product, we will not entertain repeated refund requests on the same product.
